Information We Collect
We may collect name, email, phone number, intake answers, and body or lifestyle information such as height, weight, goals, schedule, food preferences, allergies or tolerances, recovery preferences, cooking tolerance, budget, language preference, protocol activity, payment or access status from Stripe, and technical website data if collected.
How We Use Information
We use information to build and deliver your protocol, support grocery planning, send timed email instructions, verify accounts, support recovery messaging, confirm billing and access, provide customer support, improve the product, protect safety, and operate the service.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate MetClock. These may include Stripe for payments, Make for automation, Google or Gmail for email delivery, OpenAI or other AI providers for generation, Netlify for hosting, and other vendors that help us provide the service.
We do not sell personal information.
Sensitive Information
MetClock may process health-adjacent lifestyle information, but MetClock is not a medical provider. Do not submit emergency information. You are responsible for avoiding allergens and unsafe foods.
Data Retention
We retain information as needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, maintain records, improve safety, and operate MetClock. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and operational needs.
Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your MetClock account and associated protocol data through the Delete account page. Deleting protocol data does not automatically cancel an active Stripe subscription unless you also request cancellation.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails, cancel your subscription, request correction, request deletion, or request access by contacting metclockprotocol@gmail.com.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No website, automation workflow, email system, AI system, or payment workflow is 100% secure.
Children
MetClock is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly provide the service to children under 18.
International Users
If you access MetClock from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate.
California and Other Privacy Rights
