Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MetClock. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Service Description
MetClock uses intake information to help organize lifestyle timing around your schedule, body signals, goals, budget, food preferences, recovery patterns, and grocery needs. The service may generate protocol emails, account messages, grocery guidance, and timing instructions.
Not Medical Advice
MetClock is not medical advice and is not a doctor, dietitian, clinic, healthcare provider, or emergency service. MetClock does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Do not use MetClock for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
No Guaranteed Results
Results vary by person. MetClock does not guarantee weight loss, health outcomes, energy changes, symptom improvement, or any specific result. You are responsible for deciding whether the protocol is appropriate for you and for consulting qualified professionals before changing diet, exercise, medications, supplements, fasting, or health routines.
User Responsibility and Intake Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account, intake, allergy, tolerance, schedule, and preference information. You are responsible for avoiding allergens, unsafe foods, and activities that may not be appropriate for your body or circumstances.
Subscriptions, Trial, Billing, and Cancellation
MetClock may offer a 7-day free trial. A card is required and $0 is due today during the trial. After the trial, your selected plan begins automatically unless canceled. The monthly plan is $29.99/month after trial unless canceled. The annual plan is $180/year after trial unless canceled. Stripe handles payment processing. Cancellation terms are described in our Cancellation and Billing Policy.
Messages and Communications
By using MetClock, you give permission for MetClock to send protocol emails, account messages, checkout or access messages, and support communications. By providing your phone number, you agree that MetClock may use it for verification or account recovery.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, copy or resell the service, use the service to harm others, or use MetClock in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual Property
MetClock owns or licenses the brand, website, protocol structure, content, designs, workflows, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own lifestyle planning.
Third-Party Services
MetClock may use third-party services including Stripe for payments, Make for automation, Google or Gmail for email delivery, OpenAI or other AI providers for generation, Netlify for hosting, and other service providers needed to operate the service. Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetClock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, or health-related decisions made by users.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date or other notice when appropriate.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, unless changed later or unless applicable law requires otherwise.
